Tomorrow, March 17, students are being dismissed at 2:00 P.M. due to parent teacher conferences. There will be another ninety minute early release day next Thursday, March 24 also for conferences and on Monday, March 28, there will be a two hour early dismissal for professional development.

The 8th grade class has planned a Spirit Week Fundraiser during the week of March 21st– 25th to raise funds for their trip to Washington D.C. in May. Please see the flyer for further details.

The PTCO (it’s been a while…) is having a spring fundraiser event in partnership with Planet Pizza, 607 Main Ave. in Norwalk. Please see the Pizza Kit pre-pay order form attached to this email for all the details. On April 1st, send a photo of your pizza masterpiece to spalmer@sbscharter.org for the newly launched SBS Instagram account.

The Scholastic Book Fair will be at Side by Side in the gymnasium during the week of April 4-8. Please use this link to enter our Scholastic home page to get a sneak peak of the collection and create an e-wallet for your child. Flyers will be sent home in backpacks at the end of March.

There will be another series of community vaccine clinics in our gymnasium from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 20, Sunday, March 27 and Sunday, April 3; no appointment necessary. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
